do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart by either
using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase
or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you
find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the 
button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected
item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity
of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart,
continue shopping, or check out. |
How
can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping
cart by clicking the "Delete Item" icon
located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row. If
you want to delete all items from your cart, you need to press the
"Empty Shopping Cart" button located under
"Cart Tools." |

the ordering process secure?

YES! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption

Is
my order subject to sales tax?

Only orders that are shipped to addresses in New York, Georgia, California,
Illinois, Connecticut and New Jersey are subject to state sales tax.
Sales tax is charged on the products purchased and also on the shipping
and handling amount.

payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card, wire
transfers and money orders. We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we
have SHIPPED your order! Most personal and company checks may be held
up to 10 business days for processing.

I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?

What
is your return policy?

 Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Global Computer will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Click

order was supposed to come with a rebate, but I can't find it. How
can I get the rebate?

You can obtain your replacement rebate from Rebate

How
can I change the email address on my account?
|

Unfortunately, as the email address is your account
identifier, you can't change that. You'll need to create a new account
with the new information. |
I
sent a rebate a while ago - how do I check the status?

There is a contact phone number or web address
on the rebate coupon that you submitted. Use that information to get
in touch with the rebate fulfillment center. To get a copy of the
rebate coupon, please visit our Rebate
Center. |
How
do I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive
an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with
the tracking information. If you need more information on your order,
please call us at 800-446-9662 or contact
us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security
reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address
on file with your order.

How
do I receive technical support on my purchase?

Global Computer does not provide
end-user technical support on any of the items that we sell. For warranty
replacement of defective CPU chips, please call 937-368-3069. For
warranty service on Systemax computers, call Systemax at 1.800.262.6622.
For all other products, contact the product manufacturer, using the
contact information either printed on your invoice or included in
the package. Please note that when calling to exchange a defective
item, verification of defect by the manufacturer is required.
