What you should know

Recovery Media
Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.

Still waiting to see how it turns out
Finally received my computer after more than two weeks, and I was very disheartened to hear something rattling around inside. I opened it up to find the hard drive had never been mounted and the once attached SATA cable broken. I used the included brackets to mount the drive and replaced the cable with one from a local store (took 30 seconds -- why didn't they do this?!), and I was rewarded with a clicking hard drive. Still waiting to get hold of customer service, but I'll update if or when my computer ever gets fixed.
Very Noisy, Cheap Cheap Power Supply
While the computer works as advertised, the case has the cheapest power supply I've ever seen. The computer arrived with the motherboard power cable and the DVD power cable unplugged. The wind noise from this power supply is beyond loud and is extremely annoying. I contacted the manufacturer and while they would exchange it for the same power supply I did not see the point since it is not a defective power supply but rather a bad design. I asked a supervisor from the manufacturer to replace the power supply with a quieter unit, they responded saying they would rather have the entire computer returned as they could not and would not provide a solution. I recommend you purchase another brand of computer, one in which the company cares about their reputation and their customers.
