PCI Express - Delivering Dramatically Improved Graphics

Seems a Good Upgrade for Budget Conscious Buyers

This item was one of the pivotal item to my upgrade plan to breathe new life into my 5 yrs. old aging system, replacing the integrated GPU, and in the same time giving me a needed DVI output, which my system has sourly lacked. This compact size graphics card has satisfied all my expectations, as it works like a charm. My remaining doubt now (being a doubting Tom), is about the small onboard cooling fan. It just doesn't look sturdy enough to me, to put up years of heavy usage. I would've preferred a simpler, fan-less design.

Decent Upgrade for Value

I bought this as an upgrade for a now six year old AMD computer and it does its job and doing small video work doesn't overheat the computer(More thanks to Dust Removal). Nevertheless the CPU doesn't have to do all the work so A+ for that.

Bad

You get what you pay for. I had this card for about three months before it died. Also, it is a bit of a power hog. I had to replace my power supply to make it work at all.
