Quite pleased

I read the reviews before purchasing this thing, and noted that it was described as being big. Then I saw it. This thing is HUGE! But it works! It's quiet. Keeps the CPU cool. And it sure looks impressive! Easy install. You do need a big case for it to fit. I'm pleased.

Not Bad

I have to say the install was not bad as I thought it would be. After the installing I was impressed how cool the CPU was. It was much better than the standard CPU fan I had. Took the temp from 87 F to 55 F. Much improvement I see! Only thing I saw to be a little problem was the size. I had to bend the side panel of the case a little bit just to get it to fit.

25 Degrees at Idle

Keeps my 125W FX-8320 Vishera at 25 Degrees at idle. Doesn't go above 35 degrees under load. SILENT!

SILENT!

This thing is a serious BEAST! looks like a hot rod motor. It is absolutely silent and keeps my cpu nice and cool. My computer is placed behind the couch so one night while the wife and I were watching TV, I turned it on and she didn't even notice, that's how quite it is. Only concern is that it is much bigger than I thought it would be. Be sure you have a case large enough so it will actually fit.

Great buy!

Missing Components - that is all

Didn't get to test this out, although I really wish I could have. The box came with the cooler, but nothing else. Needless to say, without the retention brackets, and screws, I didn't use this unless I wanted my heat sink to shift around. RMA'ing, and praying it works next time.

This thing is huge!

Be aware that it sits high your case may not be able to close it's cover on it. Mine is fairly standard but won't close on this monster. That said it is a nice heat sink, lots of fan and metal to cool your cpu!
