Yamaha works.
Yamaha has always been good over the years. I have everything connected via HDMI and it sounds amazing. Bluehtooth works great as well. I strongly recommend to buy.
Great Value, Easy Set Up
For someone who has never connected a receiver, this came together easily. I have it connected to my cable box, blueray and tele. I also connected a wireless music gateway and iPod dock. All of it with relatively inexpensive speakers and subwoofer.
Everything went together well and sounds great.
For an entry lever receiver, it has a lot going for it.

Amazing Unit for the Money
I love it. Great price, simple installation --and I have arthritic fingers!--unbelievable sound fidelity and an amazing range of sound processing and adaptability. Wound up getting a Blu-Ray unit as well and all is Wi-Fi centered. I even converted speakers to banana plugs after 18 years of thinking about it! Can't praise it enough. Wonderful value. Thank you Yamaha!
Great Receiver for the money
bought this bundled with the Klipsch HD500 speakers for my family room. The set up was very easy
well matched system. I would recommend this to anyone looking to deliver quality sound on a budget
A nice receiver with solid features
I was looking for a consumer grade home theater amplifier:receiver with multiple HDMI-in ports. This receiver, at $230, was superior in specification to anything I could find. The sound is fantastic. Set up was 5 mins (with HDMI components). Could not find a remote code for Yamaha receiver for my multi-remote, so now I have an extra to add to my collection.
