Wireless works great
Bought this for the wireless support which works great. Not so excited about the cartridge life or the support for thick paper. If you are looking for 1 printer to print all your needs you might want to look at a more expensive unit. As always you get what you pay for. This is perfect for the upstairs office where there are no wires and multiple users.

Poor Build!
Have owned for 9 month. Continues to jam, will not print card stock. Very difficult to get to jammed paper. Now have ruined the heated roller trying to unjam paper. Will think twice before buying samsung again.

Slow at best
This printer is super slow to warm up and start printing. That is when it does print. It jams constantly, and now the wireless has completely stopped working. There are no trouble-shooting features, no display, simply no way to figure out what the problem is. This printer is a waste of money, and a bigger waste of time.

best laser printer for the money
This is my second Laser printer same model number.Works like a charm and great quality prints. I purchased this second one because it was cheaper to purchase a second one than purchasing the toners. I love my Laser printer great quality prints for the money. Only paid 109.99 for the money you can not beat it.

Nice product, especially for price
Bought this online. Their shipping was very fast. I didn't find setup too difficult. My home has both hard wired and wireless network and this printer is set for access both ways; wireless for laptop access and wired for desktop access. Haven't used it enough yet to find any issues with operation or reliability.
