Nice CPU
I updated my machine using this CPU. Works well. I wanted a gen 3 for better vitualization but my MB only accepted this one.
Pretty impressive
Paired this with an Intel BOXDQ67EPB3 board, 8GB memory and a GTX550Ti. No hang-ups, adequately cooled with the factory heatsink. Overall I'm very pleased.

Works like expected. Runs fast and cool. Got an aftermarket cooler and dropped the temps by 15-20 degrees C.
DON'T FORGET TO BUY THERMAL GREASE
This processor has worked great for the month that I've had it but as this was the first computer I built I didn't realize you also needed to purchase thermal grease so that the heat exchange to the cooler is more efficient.
I've been playing Diablo 3 and using skype and it works great.
