Noisy Power Supply Fan
The case is small and nice for an ITX HTPC. The noise produced by the power supply fan makes it unacceptable in impossible to use in a home theater setting.

Fast rebate
PS fan too noisy for HTPC bedroom use. Sharp edges where PS wires exit housing. Fastest rebate I've ever received. Good value other than noisy PS fan, but other 40mm fans also noisy. Fanless PS cures noise after I killed PS trying to modify it.

As long as you are not planning on using the builtin power supply, this is great.

Great HTPC case for price
This case is solid, unlike some of those other lower end products especially in HTPC market. My main complaint is how the units are arranged, but when mini-ITX is involved, space is always a limitation. Prepare for an initial painful configuration and make sure you read the other reviews. I found them very helpful in terms of planning component parts.

power supply included is all wrong
the first thing that grabbed my attention about this case was the loud noise from the power supply. The second thing I noticed is that the hard drive mounts right on top of the power supply which happens to get pretty hot. Thirdly in this tiny case the power supply has 4 leads for devices, The issue being you can have 1 2.5 HD and 1 slim CDrom and thats it. I replaced the power supply with a pico psu and now its wonderful. the pico psu gives you plenty of space to work with that you didnt have before as well as no noise or heat to speak of. The case aside from the included power supply is normal, nothing stands out as exceptionally cool. After replacing the power supply I am happy with it, but if you aren't willing to do that then buy something else.
