I returned this frame. I was able to get photos to show using a memory card from my camera, but it would not connect to my computer. I even tried using other computers to see if that worked, but it did not. I don't know if the problem was in the USB cord or the outlet on the frame, but I ended up getting a different frame at a local store.

Remote was too hard to use and the picture was could not be viewed from reasonable angle.

Great price for what you get. This is my first digital picture frame and it did what I expected it to do, display pictures. Has a programmable on and off feature, can set the amount of time each picture shows, can choose random order and or random style of picture transitions. The plastic frame feels cheap, but you can fit it behind matting and in a bigger frame. The remote is also a feature too.

I purchased this for my Mom along with a memory card. I loaded the card with pictures, plugged it in and it started the slide show on power up. It is easy to use with a good quality display. After some fiddling (I hate reading instructions) I was able to display the photos a bit longer.
