Great little scanner!
The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300 is the latest addition to my scanners: I also have an Epson Perfection V700 Photo Scanner and an Epson Artisan 835. I purchased the Fujitsu ScanSnap to quickly scan documents and receipts: I love that it scans both sides simultaneously. Setup was quick and easy; it works with my Mac; it is small enough to be portable; and the interface is easy to use. I find that I use it daily and would definitely recommend it.
Great product for the $$
This is a great little scanner. It scans all sizes it has a nice little software program to organize your items. It's not slow either. I read lots of reviews on other products and chose this one and I am really pleased with it. It's small but mighty.
Great design but lacking in functionality
This scanner has a great footprint, does doublesided scanning, is quick and sadly I can't use it and had to return it. Most filing programs require a TWAIN driver even things such as efax do not function. Fujitsu decided to make this scanner one touch but also decided to fail to release the twain because that would keep you from buying their software. I was sad when I found out that my Paperless ofiice couldn't use it. Q
Great product!
I'm very happy with this scanner. The card scanning isn't bad but the software for that function is not too user friendly. The OCR is good but with so many ''non-traditional'' fonts and typefaces used on business cardd, it's almost worthless for that function. All else seems to be just fine. Works very will with Rack2Filer for document storage!
Great Scanner at any price
I have used more expensive scanners that also had the compact feature but this scanner was almost $600 cheaper, easier to use and much more industrial. I am incredibly please with this scanner and would recommend it highly!!
