Great
Good upgrade loaded up fine
Waste of money
If you have XP on your machine that is 5 years or older with a FAT32 hard drive DO NOT spend your money doing an UPGRADE. I spent 3 weeks trying to install the upgrade (with little help from Microsoft) I finally gave up. You can buy a full system installation for the same money if you shop the net. And after all that I still like XP better. Never again!!!
Nice upgrade, terrible install
The Windows 7 is definitely an upgrade from Vista but there were multiple problems installing this software probably due to how bad Vista really is.

followed the directions and it worked perfect
Loaded Flawlessly
Actually my 14 year old loaded this upgrade. I had him take his data from the drive as a backup and reloaded the data, mostly music, after Windows 7 loaded.
