If you are in the market for an all-in-one computer, this is a great buy. The only negative issue is the speakers. I purchased a set of USB powered speakers for $12 and am very pleased with the sound.

The computer was a great buy with great features. The only drawback was the low effectiveness of the on board sound. Beyond that I am really loving my purchase.

I just received this computer a week ago and it is outstanding! It actually had a 1.5 TB hard disk that was larger than advertised. Every thing worked great and even the speakers that were complained about by an other reviewer. My only complaint is the total lack of documentation. Generic only and not model specific. I have a HDTV port and Plug with no info at all. The display is unbelievable and It even has a 115- 230 power supply switch so I won't need a transformer when I o home next year. THIS UNIT IS THE BEST.

Okay, so here's the scoop. This computer is great, but... it needs WAY better speakers. All-in-ones are typically used for a lot of media. It has a nice large display, a touchscreen, loads of storage and USB inputs. It obviously is meant for media. So why, why, why, why would they put the crappiest speakers I've ever heard into it???? I just don't get it. So now my nice, clean, wireless desktop environment is recluttered with the addition of new external speakers that I had to purchase because Gateway didn't finish the job they started. I'm impressed with the computer itself, but the speaker situation ultimately leaves me feeling disappointed.
