Only one glitch, it said it could not recognize my internet connection right at beginning, but it connected and worked perfectly... Would recommend to anyone. One question I need to research is there are 2 networks that are configured, a 2.4 and a 5ghz... Only 2.4 shows up in list of available. Wonder why if you assign it a password, why it does not show up...

This router replaced an older G-Dlink Router and the signal strength is far superior to the older unit. It was simple to set up and I installed the same password info and therefore the computers found the new device with no need to add any info. This was one of the easiest swap outs I have ever done. I do computer support for a living and I NEVER hesitate to buy from TigerDirect.

It's fast, it does the job, the Gigabit does what it should. Pro's: Easy set up, dual N wifi, Gigabit Cons: Some sites route me to my router log-in and I have to find a way to get to the site indirectly, such as Tera Rising's website. Dunno why, it just does.

I purchased this router a little over a month ago, and I was very pleased on how easy it was to set it up on my network. The step by step tutorial was very easy to understand. Performance is great and I really like the dual band feature it has. I never have any lagging when I am streaming videos. My web pages load quickly and I can keep up with speed and performance without any buffering delays. Price wise it may be a little expensive, but will pay for itself in the long run. This is the second D-Link router I have used, and I am please with the product and what it has to offer. No wonder this router is always sold out online!

I like the modem and features...however, needing a working internet and previous hardware was not so good as my old modem was totally shot ! Did finally work around it though and is working great.
