Great Deal, Great Product
This is my second one of these. With this refurb deal, I was able to afford one for the patio in addition to the one I have in the living room. Great way to manage and access your library of songs. I think these may have been discontinued, so snap up this deal!
Perfect addition
With a music collection of over 97,000 songs on a hard drive, I wanted something with easy playback and good quality sound. This fits the needs. Audio is clean and functionality is easy for all users in the house, even the non-techie ones.
Really works well and easy to use
The duet is two WiFi based components: the LCD screen remote and the actual receiver. This means the remote does not have to be near the receiver. We use the remote in other rooms with the multi-zone amp we have which is great.
You have to use their server on a PC vs. being able to directly use NAS or a standard server. But, their server is not bad in size and works fine with a NAS for the music.
The interface is iPod like and allows easy access to your own music and lots of internet radio stations.
The remote shows the album cover which is nice.
Overall works really well. But, not cheap.
