Will not turn on correctly

After i assembled the barebones kit and tried to turn it on, it fails to power up. The only thing that happens is the fans spin for less then a second before it turns on. I would recommend just getting a retail computer.

Great system

I think this is an awesome system at a great price. 6 cores cheaper than an i5. My only draw back with the system was the Asus mother board makes the big bright blue light flash like a mini strobe light when its in sleep mode in the dark. I had to pull the power light plugs off. The orange hard drive light still works and I can deal with it much better. Asus needs to make this sleep blink to be able to be turned off in Bois or something. Everything else about the package is perfect. I would love to see the Phenom x6 on another motherboard due to this issue In summary, a awesome system if you can deal with a blink sleep light or no power light plugged in.

2 reset buttons one on the power button and one next to the usb ports use the power button connector if you keep resetting by accident at the usb ports

All but Mobo worked

Bought this kit about a month ago. Motherboard came with a problem feature. Luckily my old board was compatible with everything. Slapped the processor in, put everything together, and so far, one of the best systems Ive had so far. Problem with the board was the memok feature it had. Called support and they were no help. Sent it back, and now looking at a new board. Everything else is amazing.

Good Performance

The case is made of light gage metal and the power supply fan runs constantly, which makes a lot of noise. The noise would be okay for a computer ceneter, but is annoying in a quiet office. The case has places for four cooling fans, but none are supplied with the kit. The only problem I had was finding the 12V P4 connector, which was resolved promptly by calling their tech support. I plan on replacing the noisy power supply with a more quiet one.
