Works great!!!
This phone works great. The only issue I have is I wish the volume went higher and it had a speaker built into it for when you didnt want to use the headset. It works great and is a good phone.

Don't Buy
My wife was excited to receive the phone being that she works at home as an operator. It worked for 1 day and after that no dial tone nothing. Then to return it because it was dropped shipped was a run around also. Been almost 30 days since I asked for a RA Number and still haven't been reimbursed. Don't buy this phone.

Love it
The only thing that would make this better is if it had caller id or wireless headset. This product performs very well, does not take up a lot of desk space and is great for the home office user.
