This product works as advertised. I really like it. The 2GB space is a little misleading as most of that is saved for the system and files you download I suppose. Actual available free space is around 230MB but that is more than enough to load whatever ebooks you might already have. Battery life is very good. One feature I would love that is missing is night mode.

Good Price. Bought one for a gift one for myself. Worked perfectly until the ereader said it was downloading an upgrade. The touchscreen never work correctly after the upgrade or update. Mfr had me do a 'Hard reset.' It didn't fix the problem. They say they will replace with a new one after they receive mine and they check to see if there really is a problem. Barnes and Noble's replacement procedures for defective units could be much better. I hope the one I gave my sister continues to work!

I've been using this for nearly a month and have been quite pleased. The memory card I added relieves any anxiety I might have had about storage space limits. Adapting to reading books and documents on a reader has been more of a challenge, but the experience improves with time. You are required to register the device immediately before beginning to read (tho, documents and books can be loaded), which involves creating a store account. Any difficulties that I've had have been related to user inexperience, not the device itself.
