Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.

Good Machine
The computer performs well. I had an employee that needed Win XP Pro, so I added XP Mode to the installed Win 7 Pro. It works well, except that it is very slow loading AutoCad 2013, and will not display the 3-D drawings due to a limitation of the Graphics Card. She rarely needs 3-D though and is happy with the computer as presently configured.

Fast is Good, Right?
In my line of work and home use, I use any one of 7 computers with XP Pro, VISTA, and 7 at any given time. This is by far, the fastest of the bunch. I'm really enjoying the processing speed.
There are a few minor flaws I see:
1. Lack of any USB 3.0 ports
2. When adding an internal card in one of the number of open slots, you have to pop the slot cover out by bending it back and forth. If you change your mind or want to remove the card, the cover is not made to be put back. Also, there are no screws I can find to hold your new card steady even though there are holes for them. Luckily, I have a supply at work.
3. Lack of cabling for adding another SATA drive (ie. BlueRay DVD)
The Pros of speed of this computer right out of the box far out weighs these minor Cons that I rated the computer 5 across the board. I love my new SYX!
