Worked Once
I have a 408 that works great. I then bought a 410. It worked out of the box, I set up date and time, configured the WiFi and downloaded a game. When I rebooted the unit, all the information was gone and the WiFi would no longer connect. I returned it for a refund
The Worst Warranty!!
Purchased a Cruz Tablet T105, had a problem with the battery. They don't carry replacement batteries when the item is older than one year. Mine was only eleven months old. They were going to replace the tablet under warranty with proof of purchase, then they changed their mind. Now I have a tablet that only works on AC power. I won't purchase any Velocity Micro products.
Great Deal
I'm very impressed with this tablet. The only drawback is the limited Amazon App store. The good news is that there's a workaround for it that's fairly easy to do if you have an android phone.
Excellent Choice
I ordered this tablet after initially choosing a different one and having to return it. I have been mostly pleased with it. My only complaints are lack of rear-facing camera and lack of GPS. I have also not been happy with being tied to the Amazon Marketplace since Android Market has apps that I prefer, but the tablet itself is excellent.

You will not be disappointed by this tablet. Far exceeded the expectations I had. A must buy if you are in the market for a tablet.
