What you should know

Recovery Media
Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.

Great Computer!
Updated our very old PC. This one is fast and the large screen is awesome. The computer arrived in a box that was damaged during shipping. We refused to accept it from the shipper. This company issued a return order promptly and a new one was shipped in a timely manner. This computer was very easy to set up and operate.

I have owned my Touch Screen now for 4 months.

i bought this unit just to have a touch screen unit, it works just like a large i pad tablet and you have to get use to just knowing you can touch the screen on a desktop unit, this unit appears to have the same screen the led tv has the picture is really sharp. I like the fact there is no tower only 2 wires for basic install. i bought this unit for 799 dollars and the following weekend it went on sale for 699 I went to the store and address this with the mang of the store and got a refund for the difference in price which i am know now is store policy also i bought an external usb dvi video card so i could have two(2) monitors this is a great unit
Gateway is a Dream
Easiest Set up I have ever done, and the ZX6971 works well. The Screen is big but not too big, and everything is working just fine.
Great value and performance for $$$$
With three young children the touch screen is very good, set up was a breeze and performance has been very good
