good deal

This home theater system is a great deal for fist time users. the system it self is a top notch all the way, but the sub woofer doesn't deliver the bass i was looking for. for clarity and sound quality it's great, but for bass you need a different system!

OK price for basic model

beware, this does not have n3tflix, vudu, or baseball (like every other LG netcast device has). Also, DLNA does not work unless you install Nero on all your PC's (very annoying). Other LG DLNA devices pick up network drives right away (with out n3ro). I have no idea why this doesnt have the same netcast and homecast software that other LG's have. Stupid. And its going to cost me $100 return shipping. Im going to have to eat this one.

Ehhh there are better for the $

Bought this unit because it had the internet cabablity to stream movies or music from my computer. Sound was okay, very light, not reccomended for a medium to large room. Great for a bedroom. 3.5mm input and usb input. Returned this item becuase the Internet cabablity is only by wire. You have to hook a cable, not over the air. If I was going to go through the trouble to feed a cable to this why would I care if it was an internet cable. If I want to take movies or music on my computer and play them on this via a cable, it doesnt need to be web enabled, just hook up any cable to do that. Pointless feature used as a selling point to justify price.
